My Lessons

I am a qualified teacher providing tuition from early years up to Key Stage 4, I also offer special educational needs tutoring sessions for pupils of any age, including young adults. All are welcome in my classroom!

My lessons are tailored around each pupil’s interests and unique learning styles to make learning more enjoyable. A pupil who struggles with Maths is much more willing to engage if they are using Maths concepts in a game, and if that game is also linked to their interests, they will be far more likely to understand and retain the concept. 

 

My pupils love their lessons because they find them relevant, varied, memorable and fun. They will often showcase at school, a piece of work that they have done in my lesson, and it is wonderful to hear the positive response they receive when they do so.  

 

I also provide feedback for parents after each lesson and am happy to write progress reports, which can be shared with the pupil’s school.
