Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing my tutoring services. This Booking Policy explains how to book, reschedule, and manage your sessions, and ensures that everything runs smoothly for both you and me.

 

1. Booking Options

I offer two lesson packages:

 

Single 1-hour lesson – £55
Must be used within 1 month of the purchase date.

 

4 x 1-hour lesson package – £200
Must be used within 3 months of the purchase date.

 

All sessions must be booked in advance. I recommend booking your preferred time slots as early as possible to avoid disappointment. We cannot reserve appointments before payment. 

 

2. How to Book

*Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. We cannot reserve or hold booking times.*

 

3. Validity Periods

 

Each package has a clear expiry window:

 

Single lessons will expire 1 month after purchase.

 

Packages of 4 lessons expire 3 months after purchase.

 

If lessons are not used within these timeframes, they will be forfeited and are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to schedule them on time.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

If your child is ill on the day of the session, I will do my best to reschedule within the same half term. If that’s not possible, it may be carried over to the next half term at my discretion. 

 

Repeated short-notice cancellations may affect future bookings.

 

5. Missed Lessons

 

If a session is missed without notice, it will be treated as used. No make-up session will be offered unless due to illness (as above) which is communicated in a timely manner.

 

6. Tutor Cancellations

 

If I need to cancel a session for any reason, I will always offer to reschedule or credit the session forward at no extra cost.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

 

I reserve the right to make reasonable changes to this booking policy. The most up-to-date version will always be available on my website or provided upon request.
