Below are the terms and conditions for my lessons. By booking a lesson with me, you are confirming you have read and agreed to these terms.
Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing my tutoring services. This Booking Policy explains how to get in touch with me and my terms and conditions.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
If your child is ill on the day of the session, I will do my best to reschedule within the same half term. If that’s not possible, it may be carried over to the next half term at my discretion.
Repeated short-notice cancellations may affect future bookings.
Missed Lessons
If a session is missed without notice, it will be treated as used. No make-up session will be offered unless due to illness (as above) which is communicated in a timely manner.
Tutor Cancellations
If I need to cancel a session for any reason, I will always offer to reschedule or credit the session forward at no extra cost.
Changes to This Policy
I reserve the right to make reasonable changes to this booking policy. The most up-to-date version will always be available on my website or provided upon request.
